This afternoon, we walked from home - Royal Botanic Gardens(Melbourne) via Fern Gully and Tan Track.-17637 steps 🚶‍♂️

A goal is a big picture to help you become who you want to be🌹😊

When we have a goal aligned with our vision, we'll be more motivated to take action.

A goal is the ultimate focus; we spend time on it.

First, consider who you want to be; then, what you need to do to get the desired results.

A beautiful picture motivates us to take action when we visualize the result.

Without a goal, when there's no purpose, we become procrastinate.

For example, in the last two weeks, my daughter had a goal that she wants to walk 10,000 steps per day.

Since her lifestyle changed.

Usually, I am very motivated to run and jog. However, whenever I asked my daughter to join me, she used to say, "No, I am too tired."

I was not trying to control her to do what she didn't like.

Recently, some magic happened to my daughter; she suddenly has a plan to walk 10,000 steps per day.

Since then, she's very self-disciplined; during lunchtime and after work, she spends time making it happen every day.

Even when it's raining, she walks at home or catches it up by walking more steps on the weekend.

Today, 3 of us walked about 17,637 steps from home to Botanic Gardens and returned.

A goal is a big picture to help you become the person you want to be.
