瑪泰塗料設計靈感來源于世界文化之都意大利瑪泰拉小鎮石窟民居Sassi深沉高貴的古典格調。
The design of matter is inspired by the deep and noble classical style of Sassi, a cave residence in the world-famous European cultural capital Matela town.
來自意大利的Tuff，原材料前身是一種由古火山噴發後的碎屑在堆積膠結沉積期間壓實固結形成的固體岩石灰泥。
可以作為制造水泥和提取鉀肥的原料。
Tuff from Italy, the predecessor of the raw material is a kind of solid rock plaster formed by the compaction and consolidation of debris after ancient volcanic eruption during accumulation and cementation deposition.
It can be used as raw material for manufacturing cement and extracting potassium fertilizer.
石灰泥可以分為晶屑凝灰岩、玻屑凝灰岩、岩屑凝灰岩以及有紫色，灰色，乳白色，黃褐色等富集多種顔色的礦物體組成。
凝灰岩是一種比石灰基結構體原材料相對較硬實的岩石，是以自古以來就被羅馬人用于建築與雕刻領域選用。
Lime mud can be divided into crystal tuff, glassy tuff, rock tuff and mineral bodies with rich colors such as purple, gray, milky white and yellowish brown.
Tuff is a relatively hard rock than the raw material of lime based structure, so it has been used by the Romans in the field of architecture and sculpture since ancient times.
碎屑之間存在着一定的孔隙，後來水流挾帶着一些含有鈣質、矽質成份的化學物質滲透到孔隙中。There are certain pores between the clasts. Later, the water flow carries some chemical substances containing calcareous and siliceous components into the pores.
當石材被采出且暴露在空氣中的時候，内部的水份會逐漸蒸發，由于鈣質和矽質的儲存，并将周圍的物質膠結在一起，是以其材質會逐漸變硬，具有抗化學腐蝕性，防潮防黴，緩解音量傳播等裝飾使用性能。
