2、【控制遊戲】：當我【懂了自己】和【社會規則】之後，我好像可以【控制遊戲】了，長時間用腦頭會痛，而遊戲的确是很好的放松工具？

【懂了自己】：I really do not 【know how to engage in】 some of my own。我真的有些搞不懂我自己了
