下載下傳位址https://cygwin.com/

根據作業系統選擇32或64位版本，如下：

CurrentCygwin DLL version

Themost recent version of the Cygwin DLL is 1.7.33. Install it byrunning setup-x86.exe (32-bit installation) or setup-x86_64.exe (64-bit installation).

Usethe setup program to perform a fresh install or to update an existing installation.

Notethat individual packages in the distribution are updated separately from theDLL so the Cygwin DLL version is not useful as a general Cygwin release number.

選擇根目錄

選擇安裝包放置路徑

網絡為代理的話需要配置代理伺服器位址和端口

選擇鏡像源

選擇需要安裝的元件pip、git、vim、curl、ssh、wget
