第一種原因可能是DNS沒有配置，從11.2.0.2開始DNS是必須配置的。
配置DNS
解除安裝CRS，清理裸裝置，使用asmlib方式綁定磁盤

(2)我的原因是：
重裝了好幾次，都是報這個錯誤，後來發現虛拟機的磁盤紊亂了，本來第一塊二磁盤變成了第四塊，但是兩個虛拟機的順序是一緻的，後來把磁盤删除了又重新加上後搞定了。
a 在設定中删除并建立磁盤（vmware可以線上增删磁盤）
b 作業系統删除分區，并建立分區
c 重新綁定裸裝置
d 重新安裝Grid Infrastructure
