一、故障描述：
公司買了兩台交換機H3C S5120，由于小兄弟沒經驗，把flash:給格式化了，交換機不停的在重新開機，無法進入系統。
二、解決思路：
1.下載下傳tftp軟體。
2.從另外一台交換機的flash中下載下傳一份系統檔案。
3.裝系統檔案上傳緻故障交換機的flash中，重新開機交換機，故障解決。
三.詳細配置過程如下：
1.下載下傳tftp軟體。
(1)把電腦本地網卡配置：
IP位址：10.10.10.2
子網路遮罩： 255.255.255.0
(2)打開tftp軟體：
下載下傳的軟體目錄data中已存有交換機的系統檔案（s5720li-v200r010c00spc600.c）
如果在遇到相同型号的裝置，可省略第2步。直接上傳到故障交換機即可。
2.從另外一台交換機的flash中下載下傳一份系統檔案(s5720li-v200r010c00spc600.cc)。
(1)檢視另一台交換機flash:

(2)配置交換機VLAN1 IP為10.10.10.1:

(3)從交換機下載下傳系統檔案：

3.将系統檔案上傳緻故障交換機的flash中，重新開機交換機，故障解決。
(1)機器重新開機生出現下面界面按Ctrl + B

（2）進入下面啟動菜單：
1）選擇4

2. Enter serial submenu
3. Enter startup submenu
4. Enter ethernet submenu
5. Enter filesystem submenu
6. Enter password submenu
7. Clear password for console user
8. Reboot
(Press Ctrl+E to enter diag menu)

2）選擇4
ETHERNET SUBMENU
1. Update BootROM system
2. Download file to Flash through ethernet interface
3. Upload Configuration file to Ftp through ethernet interface
4. Modify ethernet interface boot parameter
5. Return to main menu

3）選擇1，配置下載下傳檔案，指定交換機的IP,及tftp伺服器也就是電腦的IP
BOOTLINE SUBMENU
1. Set TFTP protocol parameters
2. Set FTP protocol parameters
3. Return to ethernet menu

4）選擇3 傳回
1. Set TFTP protocol parameters

5）選擇2 下載下傳檔案到flash中
