symantec 5220牛刀小試系列（二） 2. 配置擴充櫃

這是配置擴充櫃的，如果不需要擴充櫃可以跳過這一步。5220預設已經有接近4.5T可用空間，一般是930T的硬碟，六塊RAID6，兩塊RD1.

注意：擴充櫃安裝可以在系統重灌之前或者之後進行；但是建議在重灌之前安裝。初始化過程将自動建立dedup disk pool；如果初始化完成之後再添加擴充櫃，需要手動建立dedup disk pool。

注意：将主櫃SAS連接配接線分别接入擴充櫃的IN口；擴充櫃的OUT口用于連接配接第二個擴充櫃的IN口。

注意：開啟Appliance的時候先開擴充櫃2-3分鐘後，再開主櫃。

1、用SSH登入到Appliance指令行菜單

注意：如果采用SecureCRT連接配接工具，可能要修改Authentication認證方式為Keyboard Interactive，否則系統将拒絕您登入；如下

2、轉到manage-&gt;storage菜單，輸入show，列出目前的存儲資訊，如下可以看出Uni_2是擴充櫃，狀态為New Available;

NOTE: The name that appears in () (ex: unit_1) is the device name. Use the appropriate device name while issuing the commands to manipulate the storage.

3、使用Add指令将擴充櫃添加到系統

4、用show指令檢查擴充櫃是否已經被系統正常識别
