環境介紹：

IP:192.168.220.11

Roles:Notes server

1.打開Domino目錄 names.nsf。

2. 在 Policys - settings，add settings – mail"：

Notes client can add Disclaimer : Enable

Disclaimer Text: *******Test-Disclaimer********

然後Save &amp; close

把此郵件設定加載到政策文檔裡，并賦給相關使用者,或是組織政策附加給相關使用者.

Setting type -----Mail-----單擊下拉菜單---選擇剛才建立的—Disclaimer Policy

儲存退出

再打開伺服器的配置文檔；

Configurations---選擇伺服器---Edit configurations.

完成以上後,在domino控制台輸入如下指令:

tell router update config
