症狀：

在cluster環境中，不同的Oracle Home下執行着不同而database

一個資料庫的health check file (hc_<sid>.dat) 檔案被其它Oracle Home下的執行個體所使用。

這個現象在Oracle Restart/SIHA node中也會發生。

變更：

Out-of-place 遷移。

在經過Out-of-place 的更新之後，舊的檔案系統不能被unmount掉，原因是它還在使用中。

在 老的 ORACLE_HOME/dbs 檔案夾下的 檔案 hc_<instance_name>.dat 被其它執行個體的非常多程序鎖定。

BUG 14351771 - HC_<SID>.DAT SHARED WITH OTHER DATABASES

which is duplicate of unpublished bug 12792223.

解：

應用更新檔：12792223.

這bug 于11.2.0.4和更高的數字來加以解決。
