释文：
大抵生生之类，皆因行业有三世，识神不灭。凡为善恶，必有报应。渐积胜业，陶（以下缺）心行，等级非一，皆缘浅以至深，藉微而为著，在于积仁顺，蠲嗜欲，习虚静而成通炤也。其始修心，则依佛法三归，又有五戒，去杀、盗婬、妄、饮酒，大意与仁、义、礼、智同。蛱蝶此序，差可。山书。鹜书污此佳册，付令亲带上，不足观，牵率了事。原裹来布巾仍裹去。幸查收也。八日。
