myeclipse 搭建mybatis框架时报错（1）Communications link failure 通讯链接故障

Cause: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure

当报这样的错误时一般是配置文件写错了，我的这个错误时出现于把数据库的端口号3306写成了36306，看着很像但是一直报错，细节无止境，
