Office Communication 2007 R2中“Outlook integration error”的问题

软件配置:

Windows 7、Office 2010 Beta、Office Communicator 2007 R2.

问题呈现：

打开communicator, 有个红色叹号显示在图标上，提示：Outlook integration error。 此时，communicator无法把聊天记录保存在outlook中。

解决方案：

注意：进行此操作前请关闭outlook和communicator。控制面板（control pannel）----> 用户账户（User Accounts）--->邮件（Mail）, 点击“显示配置（Show Profiles...）”按钮，把里面列出的所有配置都删除掉，然后“确定”。重启outlook，重新配置你的账户，等到outlook所有初始化工作都做完了（主要是连接Microsoft Exchange），然后打开communicator。至此，问题解决。  

PS：因为系统是英文系统，所以有些东西不知道在中文系统里具体叫啥，如果有写错的地方，请多多包涵。
