1、控制器中

补充：实际开发中，我们常常需要精简控制器代码，这样看起来逻辑清楚，一目了然。因此可以将验证规则提出来（依赖注入）。

步骤：

1、生成文件，位于app\Http\Requests\StoreQuestionRequest.php
