通过@Scheduled完成定时任务

新增配置文件，application.xml文件导入

在需要执行定时任务的方法上 添加@Scheduled(cron=" 0 0 0/10 * * ?")注解，需要实现接口,在线CRON表达式生成http://cron.qqe2.com/
