BCCH <script type="text/javascript"></script> - Broadcast Control Channel

FCCH <script type="text/javascript"></script> - Frequency Correction Channel

SCH <script type="text/javascript"></script> - Synchronisation Channel

BCH - Broadcast Channels

In the GSM <script type="text/javascript"></script> system these channels are only broadcast by the BTS <script type="text/javascript"></script> (Base Transceiver Station). They provide sufficient information for the MS <script type="text/javascript"></script> (Mobile Station) to locate, synchronize and access the network. The BCCH <script type="text/javascript"></script> (Broadcast Control Channel), FCCH <script type="text/javascript"></script> (Frequency Correction Channel) and the SCH <script type="text/javascript"></script> (Synchronisation Channel) are all classed as BCH.
