1. 注册RedHat 开发者账户（Developer account）

2.下载链接https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/rhel---7/x86_64/2463/compat-libstdc++-33/3.2.3-71.el7/x86_64/fd431d51/package

3. rpm -ivh 对应安装

成因：

The compat-libstdc++ package contains compatibility standard C++ libraryfrom GCC 3.3.4.
