Experience happiness in a small way @ Mt. Grampians
When I asked ChatGPT about money and happiness, it said, "While it is true that money can provide access to resources and experiences that can contribute to happiness, research suggests that beyond a certain point, additional wealth does not necessarily translate into increased happiness."
I agree.
Happiness is an experience; if we invest money in learning and spend time doing what makes us happy, money helps.
Ten years ago, I didn't know how to bring happiness to my life consciously, I did what everyone was doing, and I never thought about what made me happy.
Since I am on the personal development and coaching journey, I truly connect to myself deeply.
I write down a list of things that makes my heart sing, and I set up a discipline to make it happen.
Experience happiness is how we step out of our comfort zone to accept the challenge and do what relates to our souls.
Now I explore nature as a habit, which is the source of happiness.
Yesterday, my daughter, husband and I visited Mt. Grampians, one of Vic's most breathtaking national parks.
We were amazed by the stunning Mackenzie Falls; the sound of a waterfall can be mesmerizing, and the wild kangaroos are famous.
Wow, we first saw the fascinating bird- Emu, native to Australia.
The other important thing for happiness is sharing with others by taking photos or making videos, writing a post to bring a positive impact, and being grateful to attract like-minded people to enjoy life as much as you do.
How do you experience happiness?
