路透社维也纳9月9日电：联合国核监督机构(U.N.nuclear watchdog)的一份报告显示，该机构对美国、英国和澳大利亚迄今为止就其三边联盟(AUKUS)向澳大利亚提供核潜艇的计划所表现出的参与，感到满意。
