日本经济中需求的恢复相较于欧美速度较为缓慢，主要受到以老年人为中心的对疫情高警惕性的影响。随着疫情导致的服务业下行压力和供给限制的减弱，外部需求的增加以及宽松的金融环境，加上政府的经济对策支持，预计即将复苏。在这之后，从收入到支出的良性循环机制将会加强包括家庭在内的整体经济，大陆的经济将会超过潜在增长率持续增长。如果用实际GDP的增长率来表示，2020年是-4.5%，但2021年为+2.8%，扭负为正，2022年通过政府的经济对策，预期实际GDP将收获+3.8%的增长。但受新冠疫情影响，我们需要以不变应万变，顺应时代新趋势。

日本设计首席建筑师平本哲也先生早期从事日本国内的办公、商业、住宅、政府大楼、医疗、文化体育设施等不同领域的建筑设计，积累了丰富的设计经验。2007年后开始负责海外项目，参与并主持中国、阿联酋、印度尼西亚、越南等国家的综合体建筑、总部办公、商业综合体，高端住宅、养老设施等众多项目。2019年上任中国公司董事总经理。他致力于将日本先端的设计理念、设计手法等融入到海外各项目中，同时结合项目当地实际情况进行调整和优化，以使设计方案更具落地性。
日本设计参与了众多位于东京市中心的城市更新项目设计，这些项目的共同特点都是始于一个建筑项目，但设计开发不仅限于用地内部，而是将空间和绿化与周围环境有机融合起来，创造出丰富的连锁性的公共空间。人流和绿色景观沿着街道线性连接延伸。通过这样的设计手法，让各种功能和活动自然渗透到街道和广场，从而缔造出健康、富有活力的城市。我们在海外积极借鉴日本大量成功案例的设计手法，在多个TOD、城市规划和建筑设计项目中实现了人类活动与环境相结合的设计提案。这些提案正逐渐落地，显形于世。我认为，以“连接”理念创造的人流与绿色网络与各国提出的碳中和战略也是紧密相关的。今后更需要城市设计和建筑设计无缝相连的构想。

Mr. Tetsuya Hiramoto, Chief Architect of Nippon Design, has accumulated extensive experience in the design of office, commercial, residential, government buildings, medical, cultural and sports facilities in Japan, and has been responsible for overseas projects since 2007, participating in and presiding over many projects in China, UAE, Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries, such as mixed-use buildings, headquarters offices, commercial complexes, high-end residential and In 2019, he became the Managing Director of the China office. 日本設計が東京都心で手がける多くの再開発プロジェクトの特徴は、一つの建築プロジェクトを起点としながらも敷地内で完結することなく、空間や緑を周辺につなげてネットワーク化し、豊かなパブリックスペースを連鎖的に作り出していることであると考えています。人の流れや緑がストリート沿いに線的に結ばれ、さらに面として広域に拡張していく。このような取り組みを通じて、街路や広場に様々な機能やアクティビティが染み出し、賑わいのあるまちづくりにつながっていきます。日本での多くの成功事例を元にした手法を海外でも展開し、複数のTOD、都市・建築デザインプロジェクトで環境•アクティビティをつなぐ提案が形になりつつあります。こうした「つなぐ」発想によって生み出される人の流れや緑のネットワークづくりは、各国が目標として掲げるカーボンニュートラルの取り組みにも結び付くと考えています。今後は都市デザインと建築デザインがシームレスにつながる発想がより求められるでしょう。
NIHON SEKKEI has been involved in the design of numerous urban regeneration projects in the heart of Tokyo, all of which have the common feature of starting with a single building project but designing developments that go beyond the interior of the site to organically integrate space and greenery with the surrounding environment, forming networks that create a rich interlocking public space. Pedestrian flows and green landscapes are connected linearly along the streets and extend further into the wide area. Through this design approach, functions and activities are allowed to naturally permeate the streets and squares, creating healthy, vibrant cities. We have actively drawn on the design approaches of a number of successful cases in Japan overseas to realize design proposals that integrate human activities with the environment in a number of TOD, urban planning and architectural projects. These proposals are gradually taking shape and becoming visible in the world. I believe that the human and green networks created by the concept of 'connectivity' are also closely related to the carbon neutral strategies proposed by various countries. In the future, there will be an even greater need for a vision that seamlessly connects urban design and architectural design.

地産開発の在り方は、これまでの単一機能の開発から、より機能が高度化、複合化し、多くのステークホルダーが関わる一つの街のような存在になって行くのではないかと思います。また、中国でも地産ビジネスのあり方がフロー型からストック型へ移行するにつれ、長期的に価値を生む資産としての建築提案が求められています。メンテナンスを考慮した設計提案や都市更新など、地産のライフサイクルに対応する提案も注目されるでしょう。「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」は新しいサスティナブルな地産の潮流に光を当てる場となることを願っています。

高桥洋介先生于1990年就职三菱地所，有着30年以上的建筑设计经验。代表作为东京丸之内区域城市设计以及最初的大型办公楼丸之内大厦，银行电子计算中心以及商业，高级住宅等各种设施。在日本累计的众多经验的基础上还参与了东南亚多国项目以及中国的项目。在中国，上海紫竹科学园数字创意港，蚂蚁A空间，上海绿地星弘，成都万科天府国际中心等的建筑设计；以及青岛中日产业合作示范区，北京中日国际合作产业园等大型城市规划设计。在东南亚，代表作台北南山广场，雅加达Trinity Tower等。2019年起担任三菱地所设计咨询（上海）有限公司董事总经理。

After graduating from Kyoto Institute of Technology with a Master’s degree, Yutaka Okubo joined interior design department of Nikken Sekkei in 1981. At present he is in charge of President/Chief Executive Directors of Nikken Sekkei Space Design Inc., which is one of the leading interior design offices in Japan. His professional skills as well as dedication to the projects win the client’s trusts. Being also a qualified architect, Mr. Okubo exercises his outstanding ability in space designing. His sense of space designing enabled to realize the ideal outcome in large-scale projects, at the same time, he has detailed sense of design to follow the human-scale point of view. What he always pays attention is the standpoint of people who uses the design. Mr. Okubo is always challenging to add the best marketing solutions to the works for his clients.
