1) 您所安装的App Controller服务器必须是Active Directory域的成员。

2) 为了获得更好的性能，我们建议您把App Controller安装在不同VMM管理服务器的计算机上。

<b>二、 </b><b>客户端系统要求</b>

<b>1、 </b><b>安装APP Controller Web控制台之前，必须先安装以下软件：</b>

1) Windows Server 2012, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2

2) A 32-bit browser that supports Silverlight 5

3) Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10

<b>2、 </b><b>Windows PowerShell</b><b>模块</b>

必须安装以下软件，然后再安装用于App Controller的Windows PowerShell模块。

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1

如果.NET Framework 3.5.1没有安装（它没有被默认安装），App Controller安装向导将能够为Windows Server 2008 R2和Windows 7启用它。对于其他所有支持的操作系统，您必须手动安装.NET Framework 3.5.1。

<b>三、 </b><b>Windows</b><b>安全模式</b>

如果Windows在安全模式下运行，App Controller不能操作，App Controller所使用的服务不能启动。如果您在安全模式下尝试手动启动App Controller服务，服务将启动失败，错误会被写入事件日志中。

<b>四、 </b><b>App Controller</b><b>高可用性</b>

可使用下面的方法部署App Controller高可用：

1、 使数据库具有高可用性，可通过安装在SQL Server群集的数据库上

2、 使APP Controller服务器高可用，可通过以下方法：

1) 在负载平衡器后面安装APP Controller服务器

2) 在一个高可用的虚拟机上安装APP Controller服务器
