In this case, check the Host Access settings in the host properties of your Hyper-V host and verify that a Run As Account is specified for the Host management credentials.
注：Domain一定要是管理员权限。不是就不要试了。不行的。
After adding an account (in my case a domain account with local admin rights) the host rating was fine:
