最近的项目中都没有用到产品vSphere Replication，刚好手头上有2台闲置服务器，就来搭建个测试环境，体验下vSphere Replication的魅力
产品介绍
VMware vSphere Replication 是 VMware vCenter Server 的扩展，提供基于管理程序的虚拟机复制和恢复功能。
vSphere Replication 是基于存储的复制的一个备用方案。
测试环境介绍
硬件环境：2台X3850,1台二层交换机
软件环境：ESXi 5.1，vCenter 5.5，vSphere Replication 5.5
2台ESXi主机模拟成2个站点(Site），分别安装1台AD（域控服务器），vCenter服务器和vSphere Replication服务器，AD同时作为源复制对象，进行备份恢复测试

安装步骤
ps:安装过程中遇到2个难题，会在结尾处进行说明
1、下载vSphere Replication的ovf包，官方本人账户没权限，百度网盘中下载的，登录Web vSphere ，导入OVF包

2、查看包的详细信息

3、接受最终用户协议

4、选择部署主机和名称

7、输入vSphere Replication的登录密码和IP地址

8、选择绑定vService，

9、完成部署，打开电源

10、通过IE浏览器访问VR地址，来进行配置

11、进入VR>Configuration下确认信息，默认信息就可以了，点击右侧Actions的Save and Reastart Service按钮，重启服务

12、登录Web vSphere Client ，点击虚拟机的右键，即可看到vSphere Replication操作>配置复制的选项，如果没有出现，请注销，再登入。

13、同样的安装步骤，在另一台ESXi服务器上进行安装VR，安装完成后，使用root用户登录VR，修改host文件，否则会无法连接站点
14、右键AD-CA-25，选择配置复制，我们进入目标站点窗口，连接目标站点选择vCenter02.carol.local,输入vCenter的管理员账号和密码

15、站点连接成功后，我们就可以执行下一步了

20、我们回到Web vSphere的主页面，找到VR选项，点击监控

21、在vCenter5.tim.local的出站复制中可以看到刚刚复制的虚拟机

22、然后我们登陆到vcenter02.carol.local这台的Web vSphere Client，在入站复制中找到AD这台虚拟机

23、右键点击恢复

27、我们就可以在vCenter02中，看到恢复的AD-ca-25了，即恢复成功。

Troubleshooting（安装中的故障）
1、vCenter如果是Simple install，则VR的Configration界面无法连接vCenter
2、VR一定要用Web vSphere Client导入，vSphere Client在安装虚拟机后，Web里面都无法识别，不知道是不是有意的。
3、在vCenter5.tim.local连接目标站点vCenter02.carol.local时，会提示”无法连接指定站点。该站点在网络上可能不可用，或者存在网络配置问题，请检查…”这个时候就需要在2个VR上添加2个vCenter的名称和IP到host文件中

另外之前有朋友提到部署OVF时提到，虚拟机打开报错”无法初始化属性“vami.netmask0.vsphere_…..”
