命名空间"system.web"中不存在类型或命名空间名称security"错误解决方

今天做一个求字符串MD5加密的小程序，新建了一个C#控制台应用程序，输入下面代码

using System;  

using System.Collections.Generic;  

using System.Text;  

using System.Web;  

namespace 求md5  

{  

    class Program  

    {  

        static void Main(string[] args)  

        {  

            string str = GetMd5("xuwei");  

            Console.WriteLine(str);  

        }  

        public static string GetMd5(string str)//求MD5  

            return System.Web.Security.FormsAuthentication.HashPasswordForStoringInConfigFile(str, "MD5").ToLower().Substring(8,16);  

    }  

}  

可是老是报"命名空间"system.web"中不存在类型或命名空间名称security"错误，我想在程序前端加上

using System.Web应该就可以了，可惜还是不行，后来一查才知道是应该在引用中添加System.Web才行。如图
