The procuratorate alleged that from 2006 to 2019, when defendant Lu Weiguo was the political commissar, party secretary and deputy director of the Suzhou Municipal Civil Air Defense Office of the Suzhou Fire Brigade, he took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in the areas of contracting business, acceptance of fire protection projects, approval and acceptance of civil air defense projects, etc., and illegally solicited and accepted property and property totaling 1056992 yuan and 124,000 yuan for shopping cards. After the incident, the Suzhou Municipal Supervision Commission withheld and the defendant Lu Wei guoren returned a total of 616129 yuan.
