Shimen is the first county in China to ripen oranges and is also the famous hometown of Chinese citrus. In order to produce and process Shimen brand citrus, Xiangjia co., Ltd. has established Xiangjia Modern Agriculture Company and Xiangjia Orange Friend Company. Xiangjia Modern Agriculture is responsible for turning waste into treasure, processing 300,000 tons of chicken manure into organic fertilizer, Xiangjia Orange Friend Company and more than 10,000 Shimen orange farmers to implement organic fertilizer substitution of chemical fertilizer action to improve the quality of Shimen citrus. On this basis, the intelligent detection and optimal grading of Shimen citrus fresh fruits are carried out, and high-quality, high-taste brand citrus is selected for high-end consumers.
During the period, accompanied by Chen Lingjiao, deputy general manager of Xiangjia Orange Friend, hundreds of leaders of Jiajiayue, RT-Mart and Bubugao major supermarket groups came to Shimen Citrus Planting Base of Longfeng Horticultural Field in Shimen County to pick oranges and appreciate oranges. After tasting, Chen Lingjiao gave a detailed introduction to the planting, cultivation, quality and sales of Shimen citrus.
At the signing ceremony, Xiangjia Orange Friends signed joint planting and production and marketing agreements with 5 large shimen joint planters and 29 commercial supermarket representatives. Xiangjia Orange You 100,000 tons of Shimen citrus intelligent sorting and processing center includes fruit harvesting platform, intelligent pre-sorting area, fruit automatic cleaning area, intelligent quality sorting workshop, robot depalletizing on the fruit code frame workshop, intelligent quantitative framing workshop, pre-cold storage, cold storage and citrus canned deep processing workshop. After being put into production, it can process 50 tons of oranges per hour and 100,000 tons of high-quality oranges in Shimen per year, becoming the largest fruit intelligent processing base in Hunan Province.
