According to the provisions of the Hunan Provincial Pricing Catalogue (Xiangfa Price Adjustment Regulation [2021] No. 131), the Hunan Provincial Pricing Hearing Catalogue (Xiangfa Price Adjustment Regulation [2020] No. 425), and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Hunan Provincial Government's Measures for Formulating Price Hearing Measures (Xiangfa Price Adjustment [2019] No. 847), the "Hearing on the Official Fare Pricing of New Energy Bus Passenger Transport in Jianghua Yao Autonomous County (Simplified Procedure)" will be held in Tuojiang, the county seat of Jianghua Yao Autonomous County, in late November 2021. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Pricing hearing matters: Formulate the official fare for new energy bus passenger transportation in the county.
2. The hearing will be held in late November.
3. The number of participants in the hearing, the method of selection, the registration conditions, and the registration method: (1) 13 consumer representatives.
1. Quota allocation: 2 each in Tuojiang Town, 2 in The Community of Qishan Community, Chunxiao Community, Mengzhu Community, Yanghua Community, Siyuan Community, and 1 in the village along the bus line of Tuojiang Town.
2. Selection method: voluntary registration, random selection.
(1) Applicants must meet the following conditions: (1) healthy citizens who live in the urban area of the county and the villages along the bus line of Liantianhe Town, who are 18 years old or older; (2) can truthfully reflect the opinions of the public and society on the passenger fares of new energy buses in our county; (3) abide by the discipline of the hearing and maintain the order of the hearing.
(2) Registration period: November 9, 2021 - November 11, 2021.

Proof of residence and residence of the applicant (certificate issued by the unit, community or village committee and resident identity card) must be provided at the time of registration.
(3) Determination method:
When the number of applicants is less than or equal to the required number of applicants, all are selected, and the insufficient number of applicants is recommended by the community or the Government of Tianhe Town; when the number of applicants is more than the required number, under the supervision of the discipline inspection team of the county discipline inspection office appointed by the county discipline inspection office, the number of people will be randomly drawn and drawn until the required number is drawn.
(2) 3 representatives of the operators: including 1 legal representative of the county Antong Transportation Co., Ltd. and 1 person in charge of finance and accounting, which is recommended by the county Antong Transportation Co., Ltd.
(3) 3 leaders and professionals in related fields: recommended by the county transportation bureau.

3. 1 county market supervision and management bureau: recommended by the county market supervision and management bureau.
4. 1 county urban management bureau: recommended by the county urban management bureau.
5. 1 county public security bureau: recommended by the county public security bureau.
6. 1 county education bureau: recommended by the county education bureau.
7. 1 leader in charge of Tuojiang Town Government: recommended by Tuojiang Town Government.
8. 1 leader in charge of the Tianhe Town Government: recommended by the Tianhe Town Government.
(7) 1 social organization: 1 county consumer committee, recommended by the county consumer committee.
