On the evening of October 23rd, the second supervision and Derem Salon Experience Activity of the 42nd Session of Applied Psychology Coaches (the first phase of Drem) of the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was held as scheduled.
What was particularly touching was that the partners of the 42nd issue were unwell and still "hit the train" from Nanjing; there were teachers at the school, who had been busy for a month, dragging their tired bodies to soak and recharge; and there were guitars on their backs.

Psychological coaching is a practical science, there is a rich theoretical basis behind it, and we are more presented in a practical way. What did you learn? How to use it? That is the main direction of our activities today.
Everyone is distinguishing between psychological counseling and psychological coaching, whether it is focusing on the problem or focusing on the solution! If there is a distinction, you can feel that different emphases bring different directions of companionship, see what you want?
For example, in psychological counseling, psychoanalysis needs to be done many times, and it may take more time and energy to constantly explore some far-reaching ancient potential things within, so how many modern people can spend a long time exploring the past? What is the purpose and meaning of exploring the past?
Believing that most people are living better now and in the future is the goal! If the companionship and exploration of the psychological coach is more focused on the better and more efficient, then what do you choose?
If I knew where my time was going to be spent, because human life is limited, wouldn't it be more interesting to spend my time on something more effective? I have been practicing psychological coaching for several years, and I have found that psychological coaching is efficient, stimulates potential, makes people have strength and vitality, and is indeed a very interesting and meaningful way to help others help themselves.

Everyone knows that we are experiencing the wonderful journey of psychological coaching dialogue, and I think that the partners here will feel the "strangeness" of cooperation and co-creation, the "wonderfulness" of coaching dialogue, and the "truth" of our human nature.
The partner of the application class is "learning to apply", the student sister of the professional class "understands the Tao with the art, and controls the Tao with the Tao", and the supervising psychological coach is "the Taoism at the same time". No matter what level you are at, you can see that when you are exposed and begin to participate, when you start to immerse and co-create in this field, change has already happened.
The salon partners have a pair of discovery eyes, their own particularly real feelings, and I can find "effective" when I come here, which is particularly consistent with the underlying language of the psychological coach.
