Since August 3, the zhangjiajie train section of the Zhangjihuai high-speed rail emergency duty and high-speed rail station manager have all arrived at the post, other passenger and security inspectors are also about to take their places, making full preparations for the official opening of the Zhangjihuai high-speed railway.
Zhangjiajie railway section of 1450 employees, responsible for the Jiaoliu Line, Qianchang Line pipe 50 stations (including 13 passenger stations) transport production tasks.
This year will usher in the opening and operation of the Zhangjihuai high-speed railway. According to the requirements, the Zhangjiajie train section intervened and took over 6 stations in Zhangjiajie West (new Zhangjihuaichang), Furong Town, Guzhangxi, Jishou East, Fenghuang Ancient City and Mayang West.
In order to ensure that the takeover work is carried out and the responsibility is fulfilled, since July last year, a preparatory working group has been set up to actively dock with the Zhangjihuai Construction Headquarters, counties and cities, and design and construction units, coordinate and promote the construction of the Zhangjihuai Railway, and actively do a good job in personnel training.
This section to overcome difficulties, do not wait to rely on, actively act, organize the transfer of a total of 230 employees, divided into emergency duty personnel, management personnel, passenger transport, security inspectors and other categories of training, while the passenger transport and security inspectors are trained according to the requirements of one person and two certificates, to achieve the purpose of one post multi-functional.
Combined with the actual work of the unit, this section actively adopts online and offline training methods to organize all trainees to learn. All departments, youth league committees, and passenger stations actively cooperated and sent professional backbones to give lessons to the trainees.
According to the opening needs of the Zhangjihuai high-speed railway, the Zhangjiajie Train Service Section took the initiative to coordinate with the Huaihua Public Security Department to hold a special training class for passenger security inspectors. In view of the difference between Zhang Jihuai and Qianchang line equipment, this section strengthens the high-speed rail business training of employees, and specially hires professional and technical personnel of tong number company to conduct on-site practical training and teaching, so that everyone passes the practical examination.
From June 29 to July 1, 23 drivers who participated in the joint commissioning test went to Huaihua South Railway Station, Xinhuangxi Station and Pupu South Station to carry out practical follow-up to ensure that the pre-induction training was in place.
During the epidemic prevention and control period in Zhangjiajie, the Zhangjiajie Depot adopted online training methods to conduct safety induction training and passenger qualification theory training for newly hired and newly transferred employees.
Since April, the section has held 14 training courses, nearly 5 months of theoretical training and practical training, and 230 employees have mastered the knowledge of high-speed rail business and emergency response capabilities.
"I am eager to work on passenger transport in the Zhangjihuai high-speed railway in the future." Zhao Jiangtao was transferred from Changsha Freight Center to the depot and felt lucky to participate in this training.
Wu Qifeng is an old railway but also a new passenger, and during the training, he studied very seriously. He said: "I hope to shine for the passenger transport work of the Zhang Jihuai high-speed railway." ”
Zhang Jie, a newly hired student, is full of enthusiasm, she told reporters that because of the epidemic, she studied online in the early stage of training, and checked in on time in the dormitory every day to study seriously. Since September, the master has taught a lot of business skills and learned a lot of ways to deal with problems, which is very happy.
Immediately going to report to the Zhang Jihuai high-speed rail station, Zhang Jie said excitedly: "Zhang Jihuai, wait for me to add bricks and tiles for you!" ”
