At present, it is the busy season of "three autumns", which is the peak period of agricultural machinery operations, and it is also a period of high incidence of agricultural machinery accidents. Recently, the Taizhou City Agricultural Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment, together with the law enforcement brigades of various cities (districts), carried out the autumn "Iron Bull Guard" agricultural machinery safety law enforcement operation throughout the city to provide strong support for ensuring the safety of grain production.
The first is to strictly enforce the law and strictly control the red line of safety. Focus on centralized inspection and autumn agricultural busy key periods, adhere to the "should be established, should be punished", organize law enforcement personnel to go deep into the field, for key models, uninterrupted law enforcement patrols, correct illegal and illegal behavior. Since October, the city has organized a total of 61 times of agricultural machinery safety law enforcement, dispatched 148 law enforcement personnel, inspected 159 agricultural machinery distribution enterprises, maintenance outlets, professional cooperatives and family farm operators, inspected 587 law enforcement machinery, found 61 hidden dangers, investigated and handled 23 cases of illegal agricultural machinery, and fined 5600 yuan.
The second is comprehensive management and building a solid security defense line. Fully absorb and learn from the "Liubao model", give play to the role of grass-roots social governance grid members, and promote the "grid + law enforcement" work of agricultural machinery safety. Jointly with public security, transportation and other departments, joint inspections are carried out at rural road checkpoints, and the investigation and handling of illegal acts of tractors used in transportation is intensified. Hold a training course to improve the city's comprehensive agricultural administrative law enforcement capabilities, organize the city's law enforcement personnel to participate in the provincial agricultural machinery safety training, and further improve the level of law enforcement. Promote the informatization of agricultural machinery law enforcement, and all cities (districts) in the city are equipped with mobile law enforcement terminals.
The third is to increase publicity and adhere to the bottom line of safety. Organize law enforcement personnel to come to the field to publicize safety knowledge to the agricultural machine operators who are working, remind the agricultural machine operators of the matters that should be paid attention to in the process of operation, improve the safety production awareness of the machine operators, and enhance the accident prevention ability of the machine operators in autumn operations. During the operation, more than 1,060 copies of publicity materials were distributed.
