On the morning of January 28, the Fourth Session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee of Hunan Province held an election meeting.

The meeting adopted the voting and election methods for the appointment and dismissal of personnel at the fourth meeting of the Twelfth Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (DRAFT); adopted the list of directors and supervisors of the fourth meeting of the Twelfth Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (draft); reported on the list of total voters and tellers at the fourth meeting of the Twelfth Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; and adopted relevant personnel matters.

The meeting elected Hu Weilin and Li Min as vice chairmen of the 12th CppcC Provincial Committee.
