Guangzhou, 26 Feb (Xinhua) -- The Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) announced on 26 February that with the consent of the Guangdong Provincial CPC Committee, the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection (CPC) had filed a case for examination of Wu Sha, former member of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal CPC Committee and former secretary of the Municipal Law Commission, for serious violations of discipline. With the approval of the Guangdong Provincial CPC Committee, it was decided to give Wu Sha the punishment of expulsion from the party, cancel his retirement benefits, confiscate his income from violations of discipline, and transfer his suspected criminal problems and clues to the judicial organs for handling according to law.
