Tear-resistant detective: Shu Huang we don't do ki

author:CydenyLau Movie Adventure

Following a series of buddy action movies in the '90s, Shane Black believes he's learned a lot from Iron Man 3, pushing the Thief Beauty Detective-style oolong detective a decade ago forward and backward again, proving that he's one of the most unignowable players in the field of partner action movies.

Before Tears Detective, we hadn't seen such a well-functioning and unbiased two-character-driven movie in a long time. Whether it is a full drama or a pure comedy, it is difficult to avoid the phenomenon of losing one or the other. In addition to replacing the traditional image of the police with private detectives and hired thugs, the background of "Tear-Resistant Detective" is still a typical police comedy. The setting of Los Angeles in the '70s fully showcases hippie culture, with texture, laughter, music and performance, and the psychedelic political & pornographic conspiracy theories that are even more fascinating – similar to Pta's "Sex is Evil". Although "Tear Detective" has a lot of action scenes, the film is quite successful in character building, making the presentation of comedy and the creation of atmosphere more natural.

Unlike the films of the Apato Gang or Seth Rogan, Detective Resistant with its black humor style of comedy is of high quality, with a low repetition rate, and appears refined and intelligent. In addition to language and body, the film has more slapstick-like moments, but the controls are in place and not over-performed.

"Tear-Resistant Detective" is the same as the previous Shane Black movie, it is particularly rounded and full of chemistry, and in today's era when the base is popular on the screen, the pure and stupid brother is particularly rare.

Three years later, Shane Black is back on the big screen, and he's clearly more comfortable with smaller film formats than the "big is good" of The Iron Man 3 era. The la background of the 70s and the detective story itself are mutually exclusive, and the retro time setting is more necessary than X-Men: Apocalypse, rather than just a narrative technique to earn favor. The witty dialogue of black humor and the wonderful performances of the two male protagonists ensure that the protagonist image of "Tear Detective" will never become obsolete. Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling are arguably the best duo of years, with the former experimenting with genres and performing the best in nearly a decade after his recovery, while the latter, after a long career in independent cinema, showed his brilliant comedic talent for the first time, while the glimpses we've seen before in Big Shorts and Crazy Stupid Love are just a glimpse. The duo convincingly present the eccentric personalities of the two protagonists, as well as budding friendships/partnerships.

Most of Ryan Gosling's characters are extremely serious, muttering self-inflicted wounds, but in Detective Tore, he succeeds in portraying himself as a clumsy, straight-forward boy with a perfect laugh that balances the exaggerated sense of comedy with down-to-earth characters, and while he is less successful as a father and detective, he is inevitably funny. In contrast, Russell Crowe's performance is in place, but the comedy is a bit slow.

Compared to successful characters, conspiracy theory scripts are carefully designed, but sometimes the story unfolds too dullly, which can make the audience lose patience. But overall, "Tear-Resistant Detective" is satisfactory and is a very pleasant and excellent work with high ornamentation.

But the real big star of "Tear Detective" is the young Australian girl Angree Les Anguourie rice, fresh and interesting super camera-grabbing, mature temperament without stage fright, if there is a sequel (from the end it seems that there is this idea), it will definitely make people want to see more and more.

"Tear Detective" is quite brilliant in every way, and the direct chemistry of the two main actors is quite impressive. The story itself is not so original and unique, although it has the flavor of Chandler and Leonard detective novels, but it does not open up any new direction, and the audience can also solve the puzzle independently while watching the two silly sellers. But that doesn't matter at all, after all, as an action comedy, it's already very good to offer two plump characters and a very clever script.

In today's sequel remakes and superhero floods, it is quite rare to see such a light comedy that returns to basics. Not a huge series of movies, no cg special effects flying around, no superheroes, no sci-fi style aircraft, just two people simply try to decrypt and find the real murderer, and find the wonderful essence of the "Deadly Weapons" series or "Beverly Hills Detective".

"Tear-Resistant Detective" is a big surprise. While not a perfect movie or a perfect comedy, it is definitely one of the most unmissable films of the year.
