author:Shanxi News Network

On November 24, the National Commendation Conference for Model Workers and Advanced Workers was held. Xu Lianhong, a nurse at the Beihang Service Station of Cao Cao in Lüliang City, won the title of National Model Worker. From poor households to labor models, Xu Lianhong, who came out through the "Lvliang Mountain Caregiver" platform, once again added color to the "Lvliang Mountain Caregiver" brand.

"One person trains, the whole family benefits, one person is employed, and the whole family gets rid of poverty." Lvliang City is the main battlefield for poverty alleviation in our province. Since 2015, the Lvliang Mountain Caregiver Free Training and Poverty Alleviation Plan has invested more than 20 million yuan every year to provide policies, systems, financial guarantees and incentive mechanisms to promote training and employment. In the past few years, more than 50,000 caregivers have been trained, and 26,000 people have gone out of the mountains to achieve employment. At present, the name of "LvliangShan Caregiver" is getting louder and louder, the caregivers of Lvliang Mountain are going farther and farther, and the story of the struggle of the caregivers is more and more exciting.

Train skills to get out of the mountains

In accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government's National Skills Upgrading Project, Lvliang City issued three programmatic documents: the Five-Year Plan for Training, the Implementation Measures for Employment Training, and the Promotion of Employment Transfer and Poverty Alleviation, and various functional departments have formulated a series of work guarantee measures, established liaison departments and service stations, and carried out intimate services for caregivers and families from top to bottom. At the same time, 11 colleges and universities such as Fenyang Medical College of Shanxi Medical University will be designated as "LvliangShan Nursing Workers" designated training schools, increase investment and improvement in teaching equipment, open high-quality classes, order classes, fast and slow classes, and set up laws and regulations, Traditional Chinese studies, micro-films, etiquette, Mandarin, rehabilitation physiotherapy, first aid, etc. as special courses for "Lvliangshan Nursing Workers".

In Lvliang, in the classrooms of training schools at all levels, teachers talk meticulously, students learn carefully, and tens of thousands of Lvliang people master skills here to become nurses.

Ma Jinlian, from Liulin, dropped out of school before graduating from primary school due to her family's poverty. Her initial idea was the same as that of the girls in the village who did not study, to work outside, and then to find a man of her choice to marry and have children, which is also the life trajectory of most of Lu Liang's aunts. In those first days, restaurants, hotels, housekeeping... The monthly income of more than 1,000 yuan makes her very satisfied, who has never seen a lot of money. Soon, a serious illness of the child disrupted her life, and her savings were spent, not to mention the foreign debt of hundreds of thousands of yuan.

Just as Ma Jinlian was nearing collapse, the news that the government had trained the caretakers of Lüliang Mountain gave her hope. The idea that I want to learn to be a nurse haunted her mind. When she told her family about her ideas, it triggered a family war, her father-in-law was worried that she was brainwashed by pyramid schemes, her husband said that he wanted to be a nurse and divorce her first, and even WeChat blocked her. But Ma Jinlian is determined, she believes that what changes her fate is not only to enter the university, but also to rely on her own efforts and abilities to break through life. Training, examination, practice, all the way through the five levels and six generals, Ma Jinlian finally walked out and found a suitable domestic job in Beijing. Over the years, her income increased and her family's life got better and better.

In the campus of Beijing Institute of Technology, the plaque "LvliangShan Caregiver Beijing Institute of Technology Service Station" is very eye-catching, and more than 1,200 caregivers have found jobs here and changed their lives.

Get a foothold with the help of the platform

Xu Lianhong, 36, comes from a poor mountain village in Zhongyang County and is a poor household in the village. A serious illness in her husband emptied the family's savings and owed foreign debt. Taking care of her husband, caring for her children, and doing odd jobs, the burden of the whole family is on Xu Lianhong alone, and life is extremely difficult. With the repeated mobilization of the poverty alleviation task force, the first secretary and the support of her husband, Xu Lianhong walked into the "Lvliang Mountain Nurse" learning class. Through the training, Xu Lianhong completely changed her idea of getting by. After the study, she went to Beijing with the help of the employment promotion meeting organized by the city. Her hard-working personality and "honest, industrious and professional" service made her quickly enter the role, earning 5,000 yuan in the first month of employment. After that, with her exquisite nursing skills, she became a particularly sought-after nurse. In her own words, "I now earn more than the men in the village, and my days are getting more and more prosperous." ”

It is precisely by participating in the nursing staff training that in Lüliang, many people have the ability to work in big cities, and they have seized the opportunity to change their lives.

Last year, during the torch relay of the Second National Youth Games, a healthy figure attracted the attention of everyone, she was Xu Yanping. After graduating from junior high school, she set up a fruit stall, worked as a cleaner, and her monthly income of 1500 yuan was already good in the local area, and her life was satisfied. After attending a training session of nursing staff organized by the city, she had the idea of breaking out and working hard. Therefore, she resolutely quit her job, walked out of Xue Gongling, and went to Taiyuan City to become a sister-in-law. Because of her careful care and love for the baby, she has become a well-known "gold medal sister-in-law" in half a year.

She has her own experience of the parenting of babies, "Babies can't speak but it doesn't mean there is no appeal, every time children cry, every expression, is to express their needs, we must understand, in order to make children happy, healthy growth." In order to take better care of her children, she consulted and checked the information everywhere, and mastered a lot of subtle parenting knowledge. She applied this knowledge to her daily nursing care, won the recognition of parents, and gained self-confidence.

In the face of a highly competitive employment situation, it is not easy for caregivers who have just stepped out of the mountains to really gain a foothold in the city. In order to escort the all-round escort, Lvliang City has established long-term cooperative relations with domestic service companies in Beijing, Shanghai, Taiyuan and other places, set up 6 service departments and 17 service stations, and established party branches, women's federations, youth league committees, trade unions and legal aid centers. The intimate tracking service enables groups of caregivers to walk into the city without worries and realize their own life value.

Broaden your horizons and write wonderfully

In the Beihang community of Beijing Aviation Institute, a calligraphy work written by a departing professor entitled "Praise for My Nanny Wang Sizhen" enthusiastically praised the nurse of Lvliang Mountain, "Liang Nanny Wang Sizhen, has a loyal and kind heart; warm service is very thoughtful, not for personal gain; the whole family is satisfied with her superiority, never complacent to move forward; take a break to do good, take time to concentrate on learning English..."

Wang Sizhen was one of the first Lvliangshan carers to leave the mountains and was employed in Beijing in 2016. In the past four years, she has never forgotten the entrustment of her hometown, served customers attentively, her income has become higher and higher, her family has completely lifted off poverty, and her ideological concepts and knowledge and skills have also been continuously improved, which has been affirmed and praised by employers. When she saw the nursing skills competition held in her hometown, she immediately called the sisters who participated in the competition: "I am very happy to see that the sisters are so good." It turns out that we can get out of the mountains and get on stage! ”

In order to ensure the quality of service, the training carried out by the LvliangShan Nursing Base in the content of old-age accompaniment, patient accompaniment, confinement and childcare, and housekeeping and cleaning must pass a unified examination and obtain the "Nursing Staff Certificate" issued by the national occupational skill standard and the "Grade Certificate" of home economics before graduation. Skills promote employment, such training for them to open the "out of the mountain" window, open the door to "into the city"; but also let them broaden their horizons, get rid of poverty, write a wonderful life.

From cleaner to business manager, Ma Jinlian, who went out, grew rapidly. In 2017, he returned to his hometown to set up his own housekeeping company, and in 2018, he established a vocational training school, which trained more than 1,700 people, helped more than 900 people to find employment, and led more than 200 poor households to achieve stable poverty alleviation. In 2020, Ma Jinlian won the National Poverty Alleviation Award At the National Poverty Alleviation Award Commendation Conference and the First Report on the Advanced Deeds of Poverty Alleviation, becoming an advanced model of poverty alleviation in the country. The drama "Jujube Flower", based on Ma Jinlian, also appeared on the big stage of the National Drama Theatre.

Coincidentally. Xu Yanping, who walked out of the mountains, also did not forget the sisters in his hometown. She registered Luliang Yanping Domestic Service Co., Ltd., trained more than 200 women, enabled more than 120 people to enter urban employment, and lifted more than 100 poor households out of poverty. She also received the honor of being a deputy to the 13th Provincial People's Congress and the 2017 Poverty Alleviation Person of the Year who "touched Lü Liang".

Driven by the "Lvliang Mountain Caregiver" labor service brand, more people will go out of the mountains and harvest happiness.

High welcome
