Recently, good news came from the China Highway Construction Industry Association that the Lianghui Expressway invested and built by the Provincial Bus Construction Group won the 2020-2021 (second batch) Highway Traffic Quality Project Award (Li Chun Award), and the 16 comrades involved in the project construction won the title of "Excellent Project Builder".
The Highway Traffic Quality Engineering Award (Li Chun Award), jointly established by the Ministry of Transport and the China Highway Construction Industry Association, is the highest quality award in China's highway industry, along with the Zhan Tianyou Award for Civil Engineering of China, the Luban Award of China Construction Engineering (National Quality Project), and the Mao Yisheng Science and Technology Award. A total of 31 projects across the country won the Highway Traffic Quality Project Award (Li Chun Award), and 605 people won the title of "Excellent Project Builder".

Lianghui Expressway has a total length of 53.25 kilometers, an estimated investment of 7.499 billion yuan, the use of ppp mode operation, the main line set up a total of 12562 meters / 31 bridges, tunnels 19455 meters / 9, the proportion of bridges and tunnels reached 71.55%, the project began construction on June 29, 2015, opened to trial operation on September 3, 2019, is the first operational highway put into operation in Gansu Province. Lianghui Expressway has been rated as "National Construction Industry Innovative Technology Application Demonstration Project", "2017 National Construction Industry Green Construction and Green Construction Demonstration Project", Gansu Provincial Highway and Water Transport "Quality Engineering Creation Excellent Case Project", from 2016 to 2018 for three consecutive years, it was rated as the "Safe Construction Site" of Gansu Province Highway Project to create an advanced unit that meets the standards; it has won 7 provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards, 8 national utility model patents, and 3 provincial construction methods.
