Cao Xin, a judge of the Second Civil Division of xuzhou intermediate people's court, graduated from the law school of Southeast University in 2011, entered the intermediate court in August of the same year, and has been awarded the honorary titles of "outstanding communist party member", third class meritorious service of Rongli individual, case handling pacesetter, and advanced worker in the city.

He has published his monograph "The Theory of Dualistic Outcome Valuelessness" (Law Publishing House, 2018 edition) and co-authored "Research on criminal legal risk prevention and control of enterprise managers" (Law Publishing House, 2018 edition).
He has presided over the ministerial youth research project of the China Law Society, "Research on the Issue of Conviction and Sentencing of Domestic Violence Crimes:Focusing on the Implementation of the Opinions of the < on Handling Domestic Violence Criminal Cases in Accordance with the Law>", and the procuratorial theory research topic of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Procuratorate" "Research on the Discretion of Prosecution" and other provincial and ministerial-level topics. Guan Lijun is an administrative judge of the People's Court of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone. Graduated from Southeast University with a major in law, she has always had a "dream of being a judge". Since entering the court in 2008, Guan Lijun has been on this road for 13 years.
As a party member, she believes that a qualified communist party member should stress politics and conviction, rules and discipline, morality and conduct, and dedication and achievement. Li Yong, deputy chief procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Jianye District, Nanjing, doctoral candidate of the Law School of Southeast University, national procuratorial business expert, top ten outstanding young jurists in Jiangsu Province, national procuratorial theory research talents, national economic crime procuratorial talents, national job-related crime procuratorial talents, and national procuratorial theoretical research talents.
He has published four books such as "The Practical Development of the Theory of Outcome Valuelessness (Second Edition)" and "The Three-Step Rule for the Examination of Criminal Evidence", published nearly 200 articles in Legal Science, China Criminal Law Journal, Journal of the National Prosecutors College, Procuratorial Daily, Rule of Law Daily, etc., presided over a number of national research projects, won many awards for many achievements, and many articles were reprinted by Chinese Min University newspapers and periodicals.
Pan Junfeng, a graduate of the Law School of Southeast University, entered the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court in August 2008, transferred to the Nanjing Maritime Court in December 2019, and is currently the vice president of the Maritime Court of the Nanjing Maritime Court. He has successively won the titles of Advanced Individual in The Investigation and Investigation Work of the Provincial Court, Advanced Individual in Resolving Social Contradictions, Advanced Individual in Social Management Innovation and Maintaining Social Stability, etc., and has been awarded the title of "Third Class Meritorious Individual" twice.
