On November 8, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment reported on the air quality status of 1-10 in our province at the video conference on the prevention and control of air pollution in the autumn and winter of 2021.
From January to October, the air quality of the province was "one drop, one liter and one retreat"
Pm2.5 concentrations were 28.7 micrograms per cubic meter, down 6.8% from the three-year average. Ganzi, Dazhou, Ya'an, Nanchong and Ziyang decreased by 35.5%, 14.8%, 13.4%, 13.1% and 12.5% respectively compared with the three-year average.
The excellent day rate was 90.3%, an increase of 0.2 percentage points over the three-year average, and Dazhou, Chengdu, Zigong, Nanchong, and Meishan increased by 5.0, 4.8, 2.7, 2.2, and 2.0 percentage points respectively over the three-year average.
Among the 168 key cities in the country, the number of cities after 100 has decreased from 7 in the first quarter to 1. Leshan, Dazhou, Zigong, Deyang, Luzhou, Yibin and others have withdrawn from 100 places, and Chengdu has retreated from 122 to 109 places. In October, Ziyang, Suining, Ya'an, Nanchong, Mianyang, Guang'an, Neijiang and Deyang ranked in the top 20 of 168 key cities in China, and from January to October, Ya'an and Suining entered the top 20.
From January to October, the pm2.5 of Panzhihua, Liangshan and Luzhou rebounded by 9.7%, 5.4% and 1.1% respectively compared with the three-year average; the rate of excellent days in Neijiang, Panzhihua, Suining, Guangyuan, Bazhong, Guang'an, Luzhou and Liangshan decreased by 3.5, 2.9, 2.9, 1.9, 1.6, 1.5, 0.7 and 0.3 percentage points respectively; in terms of heavily polluted weather, Yibin appeared for 4 days, Zigong appeared for 2 days, and Ziyang, Neijiang, Nanchong and Dazhou appeared for 1 day each.
