The reporter learned that the establishment of the association's vocational skills identification work has made the e-sports practice standards in our province more scientific and perfect, and can also "justify the name" for the professional level of a large number of e-sports practitioners in our province, which is conducive to the practitioners being able to better serve the e-sports industry in Henan.
The impact on employers and practitioners in the e-sports industry is mainly reflected in: standardizing the job settings, personnel recruitment, employee training and other work of the employer, making the career development plan of the practitioners more clear, and helping to promote their professional ability and literacy.
Zhai Lin, chairman of the Henan E-sports Sports Association, told reporters that although e-sports is now an industry, the market is still chaotic, and there is no standard for the definition of talents.
"The recognition of professional skills of e-sports players is not limited to e-sports players, but also includes other practitioners in the e-sports industry." Zhai Lin said that in the next step, the association will lead all member units to complete the standardization of Henan's e-sports industry under the supervision and guidance of the human resources and social security department, strictly follow the implementation plan for the recognition of occupational skill levels for the record, and gradually organize the training and examination of the vocational skill level evaluation of e-sports players in Henan.
