In August 1992, Wang Jianzhou was appointed deputy director of the Hangzhou Telecom Bureau, in 1993 he was appointed director of the Hangzhou Telecom Bureau, and in 1994 he was promoted to deputy director of the Zhejiang Post and Telecommunications Administration.

Until now, Hangzhou Telecom is the largest municipal branch of Zhejiang Telecom, which contributes greatly to the performance of the company and the group every year, and Jin Jing succeeded Chen Zhongyue as the general manager of Hangzhou Telecom.

After Jin Jing was promoted, he was succeeded by Zhang Xiaoxuan and Huang Xiaolu successively. Over the years, Hangzhou Telecom has also been ranking high in the group's prefectural and municipal branches, which is inseparable from the management of these general managers.
