Last year, Jin Jing, deputy general manager of Zhejiang Telecom, was promoted one step further, serving as deputy secretary of the company's party committee, while his experience as a deputy general manager who has served in the company for many years has attracted attention, and the operator finance network tries to reveal the secret.

Exclusive secret of Zhejiang Telecom Vice President Jin Jing He was once the number one of Hangzhou Telecom and experienced glory

According to the data, Jin Jing was actually promoted from the head of the prefectural branch in his early years, at least in 2009, he began to serve as the general manager of Hangzhou Telecom, and after more than four years in office, he was promoted to deputy general manager of Zhejiang Telecom.

Hangzhou Telecom may be the operator with the largest number of senior executives in history, and Wang Jianzhou, the former chairman of China Mobile, Wang Xiaochu, the current chairman of China Unicom, and Chen Zhongyue, general manager of China Unicom, have all worked in Hangzhou Telecom, and their brilliance is amazing.

In August 1992, Wang Jianzhou was appointed deputy director of the Hangzhou Telecom Bureau, in 1993 he was appointed director of the Hangzhou Telecom Bureau, and in 1994 he was promoted to deputy director of the Zhejiang Post and Telecommunications Administration.

It was Wang Xiaochu who succeeded Wang Jianzhou as director of the Hangzhou Telecom Bureau, who was only 36 years old at the time, and when Wang Jianzhou was the director of the Hangzhou Telecom Bureau, Wang Xiaochu was the deputy director. Later, Wang Xiaochu was promoted from the position of director of the Hangzhou Municipal Telecommunications Bureau to the director of the Tianjin Municipal Post and Telecommunications Administration.

Let's talk about the situation before Chen Zhongyue was transferred from the position of general manager of Hangzhou Telecom in 2009. According to an article published in The Hangzhou Daily in May 2009, "Hangzhou Telecom served nearly 5 million telecom subscribers, and its revenue scale jumped from the third place in the national capital to the second place." In the past five years, it has invested more than 4 billion yuan in Hangzhou, handed over nearly 2 billion yuan of various taxes to the state, directly provided more than 6,000 jobs, and indirectly promoted more than 20,000 social employment."

Until now, Hangzhou Telecom is the largest municipal branch of Zhejiang Telecom, which contributes greatly to the performance of the company and the group every year, and Jin Jing succeeded Chen Zhongyue as the general manager of Hangzhou Telecom.

After Jin Jing was promoted, he was succeeded by Zhang Xiaoxuan and Huang Xiaolu successively. Over the years, Hangzhou Telecom has also been ranking high in the group's prefectural and municipal branches, which is inseparable from the management of these general managers.

After Jin Jing was promoted to deputy general manager of Zhejiang Telecom, she was in charge of the market port and is now mainly responsible for the company's network port.

It is worth noting that during Jin Jing's tenure, Zhejiang Telecom experienced the replacement of three general managers, Lu Yaohui, Han Zhencong and Gong Bo. Lo Yaohui has long since retired, and Han Zhencong has jumped to Huatai Securities as an executive in 2019.

The current general manager Gong Bo is also a low-key cadre in the industry. As early as 2013, through the company's internal competition, China Telecom Group Corporation won the competition for the heads of provincial companies and headquarters departments, and was promoted from general manager of Wuhan Telecom to general manager of Hainan Telecom.

Just three years later, Gong Bo moved from Hainan to Chongqing in 2016 and became the general manager of Chongqing Telecom. Gong Bo has done a good job no matter where he is, and during his time at Chongqing Telecom, the number of Chongqing Telecom subscribers has increased significantly, and he has achieved good results in the group. Until now, Chongqing Telecom is still enjoying the "dividends" he brought, and the performance is good.

So at the end of 2019, Gong Bo was transferred to the larger Zhejiang Telecom again.

However, the local Zhejiang Mobile has been very strong for more than a decade, and the degree of toughness has reached the point where Zhejiang Mobile has continuously ranked first in the annual assessment of China Mobile Provincial Company in recent years; and Zhejiang Unicom has also done well in recent years under the leadership of General Manager Hu Xingzheng, so the competitive environment facing Zhejiang Telecom can be imagined, which can be described as a master move between the three major operators and provincial companies.

Zhejiang Telecom is not easy in such a competitive environment.
