In 2009, Zhou Lao was already in the late Stage of Parkinson's, and relatives and friends let her go to Beijing Hospital to install a brain pacemaker, which cost about 240,000 yuan, but Zhou Lao was unwilling to install it, and she was not willing to spend more than a penny of the state. In recent years, Zhou Lao's various organs have failed, breathing difficulties, unable to spit, last year did tracheal cutting surgery, and has just come out of the intensive care unit of ZhengDa Second Affiliated Hospital, is in a coma, and is being hospitalized. The secretary of the enterprise branch said that comrade Zhou Zhen's party fee has always been paid on time, and even after the operation, he urged his family not to forget to pay the party fee in confusion.
