But for personal reasons, it has been dragged until recently to thoroughly experience the installation of a Hummingbird 2 itx chassis, and seize the time to organize it and share it with everyone. Hummingbird 2 outer packaging is basically equal to the enlarged version of hummingbird 1 packaging, still a simple style, kraft paper outer packaging, chassis body abstract diagram is still the main perspective. Of course, in the upper left corner, the chassis volume description of 9.4l (the previous generation was 7.5l) is equally eye-catching.

The hummingbird 2 chassis has also been raised from 1.6kg to 2kg in the first generation, and the handle design of the leather material on the top of the chassis has also been retained. The bottom, top, power supply position, and both side panels are set with heat dissipation mesh holes, and the heat dissipation environment is quite good.

The configuration of b450i+5600x should be my most commonly used set of itx configuration, the specific parameters are not introduced, but it can be said confidently that the b450i is enough to play the performance of 5600x. Of course, in the current market, the optional updated 550i is also good. (Silicone grease is not the more the better, the following figure is actually much more obvious)
The chassis has a thermal limit of 60mm, and there are not many choices in terms of heat dissipation, so it is not recommended to choose a processor with excessive power consumption. Lock the Josper HP400 downforce air-cooled radiator directly.
Next is solid state installation, keep the solid state of the heat dissipation vest or use the motherboard standard heat dissipation vest, for pcie3.0 solid state, mainly depends on personal preferences. Today we are using a 1t size hof pro m.2 solid state (choose to use the heat dissipation vest that comes with the motherboard).

As for whether the Josper HP400 can suppress the 5600x processor, in fact, I have no bottom. First look at the CPU-z running score test, single-core score 627, multi-core score 4810, silent frequency strength should be considered normal.
Continue to carry out the single baking fpu test, the silent frequency state roaster 17min, the processor temperature is about 80 °, the power consumption is less than 80w, you can judge the basic daily game entertainment is not much pressure.

In the ts stress test, the frame rate stability is 98.7% pass rate
In the test of the graphics card roaster, there is no side plate, 15min test, the maximum temperature of the graphics card is stable at 72 degrees, and the power consumption of the graphics card is maintained at about 232w.
Install the side plate, and then copy the machine, bake the machine 50min, the graphics card temperature is only rising to 77 degrees, the power consumption reaches about 235w, which proves that the chassis environment is very friendly to the heat dissipation of the graphics card.

Through the installation of the actual measurement can be found that the focus of optimization is mainly in the compatibility of the graphics card, even in the face of the rtx30 series of graphics cards, Hummingbird 2 can still be easily installed, for the pursuit of high-performance ITX small host players, is a pretty good change; the whole machine contains graphics card weight of about 9kg, coupled with the design of the leather handle, it can be said that this is a portable high-performance host that can really be carried away;
In terms of the configuration of the whole machine, the combination of 5600x plus rtx3070 can be said to be a veritable high-performance small steel cannon. In terms of heat dissipation, whether it is a processor or a graphics card, there is a relatively good thermal environment. Of course, because of the heatsink height limit, the processor is not recommended to continue to upgrade upwards, and it is more appropriate to choose a segment below 3080 for the graphics card. In addition, the design of the whole machine without dust net may still be easy to accumulate ash, which requires special attention.
