On November 7, the reporter learned from China Wuye that the chengdu water supply plant seven (phase III) project, the largest single water supply line in the country, built by the company, was recently fully started in Tangchang Town, Pidu District, Chengdu.
"At the beginning of November, the sand filter base trough inspection of the water purification plant area of the Seventh Water Supply Plant (Phase III) project in Chengdu was completed, which marked that the project had fully started." According to the relevant person in charge of China Wuye, the project located in Tangchang Town, Pidu District, has a new 800,000 cubic meters per day water plant under construction, including water intake projects, raw water pipe projects and water purification plant projects. The water inlet project includes the expansion of the water intake head and the transformation of the medicine room; the original water pipe project is 2.2 kilometers and 4.1 kilometers long two pipelines respectively; the water purification plant project is the installation and commissioning of all civil construction, pipelines and process equipment in the plant area.
It is understood that among them, the water purification plant project is all civil construction in the factory area, pipeline and process equipment procurement and installation, valve installation, electrical equipment procurement and installation, equipment commissioning, etc., which is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022.
"After the project is completed and put into operation, it will further improve the infrastructure construction of Tangchang Town, greatly improve the current situation of water supply in Chengdu, provide more safe and high-quality water supply guarantee for Chengdu residents, and help improve the city's water supply capacity."
