Implement the development strategy of "east rong, south expansion, west expansion"

The "Report" pointed out that in the past five years, Daye City has vigorously implemented the development strategy of "East Rong, South Expansion and West Expansion", the east bank of Yinjia Lake and Xiongjiazhou New City have accelerated their rise, and Xiongjiazhou Avenue, Haiya Avenue and Yanhu Road have been completed and accepted. The special bridge across daye lake highway and the south high-speed rail road were completed and opened to traffic. Complete the connection project between Dongfeng East Road and Yuanbo Avenue, and realize the integrated development of Daye City and Daye Lake Ecological New Area.

Daye City has successfully transformed 26 old residential areas in the city, built 9 new farmers' markets, built 10 new social parking lots, and added 3700 parking spaces. Yinjiahu Park, Qinglongshan Park Phase III, Sanli Seven Lakes Park and Sunset Red Square were completed and opened. The main project of the urban and rural center passenger station was completed.

In addition, the urbanization rate reached 60.74%, an increase of 5.34 percentage points over the end of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan".

In the next five years, Daye City will carry out urban physical examination, identify urban shortcomings, accelerate the completion of public service shortcomings such as parking facilities, drainage pipe networks, civil air defense projects, residential properties, and vegetable markets, and create a "15-minute living circle" and a "10-minute public activity circle".

Acting Mayor Sun Yuan said that Daye City will speed up the improvement of the urban road network, build 1-2 pedestrian bridges (underground passages), and build a number of major municipal projects such as the western extension of Dongfeng Road and the Country Garden Cross-Lake Bridge. Accelerate the development of the Sanli Seven Lakes area and the construction of the greening project on the southwest shore of Yinjia Lake, and complete the expansion of the second phase of the Dajipu sewage treatment plant.

In addition, Daye City has promoted the integrated transformation of old neighborhoods to achieve full coverage of urban renewal in the central urban area. Promote the construction of smart cities, systematically lay out infrastructure such as 5G networks, optimize the layout of smart grids, gas networks, and water networks, and carry out smart community pilots.

Sun Yuan introduced that Daye City will also build a high-grade ecological wetland landscape belt on the south bank of Daye Lake, and build a "four museums and one center" of the Daye Lake cultural complex to create an ecologically livable modern city.
