In the conversation between the nurse and Xiaoyan's mother, it was found that his mother was an optimistic and positive person. Usually, when the child's family comes to the hospital with full hope and expects the child to complete the radical surgery, they can be told that the test results are too different from the expected and cannot be done for the time being, and they are very sad and depressed. And Xiao Yan's mother said that it does not matter if it cannot be cured for the time being, after doing the second stage of palliative surgery, Xiao Yan's activity endurance will definitely be better, and there will be progress each time. Therefore, under the full understanding of the parents, after the completion of the preoperative examination, Jin Yongqiang, the attending physician of the heart center surgery, performed the second stage of palliative surgery for Xiaoyan - pulmonary artery fusion and right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction. In July 2021, Xiaoyan came to our hospital for the third time. Xiao Yan, who has not been seen in a year and a half, is still the same as in memory, loves to talk, laugh, and make trouble, like a naughty "little monkey", and the most surprising thing is that this time he also brought a lot of small stories. The ultrasound of the examination results suggests: the right heart is enlarged, the anterior wall of the aorta and the ventricular septum are continuously interrupted, the arterial trunk rides across the ventricular septum, the results are better than expected, and the radical surgery can finally be performed! Jin Yongqiang joined forces with various departments to discuss the surgical plan, and the charity relief fund that the head nurse Gu Yali began to help apply for when Xiaoyan was admitted to the hospital was also approved.
