There are many happy events on the Baidian Ridge

"Someone ordered lamb again today, ready for delivery." In the early morning of August 4, Zhao Honggui, deputy secretary of the party branch of Hudi Village, Tafeng Town, Lanshan County, went around to the home of Luo Zhouyi, a poor household in Baidianling Group 1, knocking on the door to help him provide mutton sales information while observing the growth of goats.
Receiving the order, Luo Zhouyi immediately busied himself, picking sheep, weighing, slaughtering... In the blink of an eye, Luo Zhouyi prepared the steaming lamb and rode a tricycle down the mountain.
"My family got rid of poverty thanks to your brother's eagerness to help." Speaking of Zhao Honggui, Luo Zhouyi was full of gratitude. Due to the lack of technology and closed information, Luo Zhouyi's introduction of Boer goat breeding in the early years has not improved. In 2016, the knowledgeable Zhao Honggui came to the door to "diagnose" and suggested that she feed the sheep with salt water and large-leaf bitter tea in the summer to enhance her resistance. Zhao Honggui also helped Luo Zhouyi release lamb sales information in the circle of friends and contact buyers. With the help of Zhao Honggui, in recent years, Luo Zhouyi's flock has grown from more than 10 to more than 80, and the annual sales income of mutton has grown from more than 1,000 yuan to tens of thousands of yuan.
"As long as someone matches a bridge, such a beautiful place as Baidialing, there is no worry about not making money." Zhao Honggui opened a restaurant and farm in other places in the early years, and returned to Baidailing after participating in the entrepreneurship and technology training class for the leaders of entrepreneurship and wealth in the province in 2016, established the Honggui Ecological Breeding Professional Cooperative, adopted the "cooperative + company + base + farmer" model, and worked with 23 poor households to develop tea, goats, native chickens, beef cattle, Tibetan pigs and other characteristic industries to break into the market.
Leaving Luo Zhouyi's home, Zhao Honggui rushed to the Home of Lei Xing, a poor household in the Hudian Village Shore Group.
"Brother, how much fun you see my native chickens and ducks playing!" Lei Xing saw Zhao Honggui come to the door and said excitedly.
Lei Xing suffers from epilepsy, there are old and young people in the family, and the burden on his body is not light. In 2017, Zhao Honggui took the initiative to pair up with Lei Xing to help, encouraging him to stock native chickens on the hillside behind the house, raise clear water ducks in the small river in front of his home, and often go to the door to teach poultry epidemic prevention techniques, help him contact buyers, and enhance his confidence in poverty alleviation. During this year's Dragon Boat Festival, Lei Xing's chickens and ducks sold for more than 3,000 yuan, and life began to get out of trouble.
"Bai Dieling handmade tea, tender and fragrant..." Deng Yongxing, an old tea farmer over eighty years old in the 2nd group of Baidailing, happily displayed his carefully fried large-leaf bitter tea. Deng Yongxing planted more than 10 acres of large-leaf bitter tea, and the tea leaves picked were entrusted to Zhao Honggui for sale, with an average annual income of more than 10,000 yuan. At the end of last year, Deng Yongxing's family successfully lifted themselves out of poverty.
In 2018, after Zhao Honggui participated in the province's overseas training program for thousands of people to study and train in the agricultural and rural development of Japan and South Korea, he decided to lead the villagers to develop new industries. At present, 13 poor households in Hudian Village have followed Zhao Honggui to develop industries, planting 300 acres of large-leaf bitter tea, breeding more than 200 cattle and sheep, 600 Tibetan fragrant pigs, and more than 1,000 chickens and ducks. The land in front of the village and behind the house is fertile and beautiful, with flocks of chickens and ducks, and cattle and sheep full of mountains.
Zhao Honggui is also preparing to introduce a tourism company into the village to develop a water park, so that villagers can eat "tourist meals" at their doorstep.
