Archaeologists Gao Shunli introduced that at present, they have excavated more than 20 cultural relics, including copper mirrors, copper arm jugs, porcelain pots, clay pots, water cups, stone platforms and so on. The discovery of Tang Dynasty tombs and the remains of ming and qing pavements and houses shows that during the Tang Dynasty and the Ming and Qing dynasties, there were a large number of people living here. It also provides a physical basis for studying the lifestyle and funerary customs of the time, as well as the changes in the course of the Han River. At present, archaeological excavations are still underway. It is reported that the Xiangyang City Museum will partially relocate the remains of the road surface in the Ming and Qing dynasties as a garden landscape of the new museum of the city museum.
