Qiu Xinzhi is a Taiwanese film and television actor. Originally from Henan, he was born in Taiwan and graduated from the Department of Radio and Television of Shih Hsin University in Taiwan.
Qiu Xinzhi's ancestors moved south from Henan to Fujian, and he grew up in Taiwan from an early age.
In 1993, Qiu Xinzhi starred in the first TV series, co-starring with Guan Jiwei and Kang Mingjie in the costume comedy "The Great Eunuch and the Little Carpenter", playing Zhu Youxiao (Ming Xizong).
At the end of 1995, Qiu Xinzhi went to the mainland to develop his acting career.
