Recently, Jiading Industrial Zone Tianju Linglong Bay Community launched the underground non-motor vehicle garage intelligent charging pile installation project, looking at the charging equipment that is about to be completed, the stone hanging in the heart of Wang Weidong, deputy secretary of the party branch of Huiwang Community, fell to the ground, "Non-motorized vehicles have a place to charge, and community safety is more secure." ”
When the Tianju Linglong Bay community was built, the ground did not plan to park non-motorized vehicles, and with the increase in residents, there were nearly 1200 battery cars in the community, and the phenomenon of battery cars going upstairs and charging in the corridor occurred from time to time. The installation of smart charging piles will not only meet the needs of residents for safe charging, but also effectively improve the living environment of the community.
It is reported that the first batch of nearly 100 intelligent charging piles will be installed in early this month, and more than 500 intelligent charging piles will be installed this year to achieve full coverage of 6 non-motorized garages in the community.
The newly installed smart charging pile will use the payment method of swiping a card or scanning a QR code, and the elderly who do not use a smartphone can apply for an IC card at the property to pay by swiping a card. After the battery car is charged, the power will be automatically cut off, and the charging price is tentatively set at 1 yuan per 4 hours. In order to put a "safety lock" on the battery car, with the support of the relevant departments of Jiading Industrial Zone, the Huiwang community also carried out ramp upgrades, spraying and ladder blocking systems at the same time.
"In the early investigation process, residents reported that the centralized parking point of battery cars is located in the underground garage, but the slope of the entrance and exit design is steep, the vehicle is inconvenient to push up and down, and it is easy to slip in rain." Wang Weidong told reporters that the transformation will change the original step demolition to a gentle slope and widen the ramp, and led by the Jiading Industrial Zone Safety Supervision Institute, the battery car centralized charging site will be equipped with spraying facilities. At present, 340 sprays and 186 smoke hand reports have been installed in the underground non-motorized garage of Tianju Linglong Bay, and the comprehensive upgrade of fire safety facilities has been completed.
To make up for the gap in the "hardware", charging safety also needs a "tightening curse". In order to reduce hidden dangers, the Huiwang community has repeatedly banned battery cars from entering the corridor through case publicity and dissuasion from moving away, and accelerated the installation process of the "ladder blocking system" of 54 stairway elevators in the community.
"After all the charging piles have been debugged, the ladder resistance system will also be opened synchronously." Wang Weidong introduced that through this series of unblocking and combining measures, the "upstairs" of battery cars will be completely eliminated and the safety hazards of corridor charging will be eliminated.
In recent years, Jiading District has completed the construction of 113 old-fashioned residential electric bicycle charging places. Starting from this year, public security, housing management, fire and other functional departments have further explored the number and frequency of electric bicycles, in order to facilitate the masses and the principle of on-demand distribution, on the basis of Jiangqiao Town Fuyou Community and Xinghuo Village as pilots, successively promoted the secondary transformation, completed the new reconstruction of 80 old residential areas and increased the construction of charging facilities for fire fighting facilities, adding a total of 369 charging bits and 24 charging and replacing slots.
In the next stage, the public security department will also strengthen publicity, introduce third-party companies to adopt the repurchase method, mobilize residents to take the initiative to replace the excess battery, and strictly investigate the sale of over-standard battery vehicles to further improve the safety factor.
