The "14th Five-Year Plan" period is the first five years of China's new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country, and it is also a key five years for our region to further enhance the primacy of the central urban area. In order to fully integrate into the main urban area, further optimize the road network and industrial layout, and improve the overall road network coverage and service level in our district, our bureau will conduct scientific and accurate research and judgment on the future development situation of transportation, plan from the perspective of large traffic, and report the planning of major projects during the 14th Five-Year Plan period as follows:
1. Highway construction project: Majiehe Road East Extension Project
(1) Main content and progress: The project starts from Zhangxilou Village in Lingcheng District, passes through Lutian Village in Jixiang, extends east across the Duma River to Shentou Town and connects with Provincial Highway S323. With a total length of 13.437 kilometers, a design subgrade width of 50 meters, a three-piece plate structure, and a main lane oil surface width of 24 meters, it is planned to be built as a first-class road with a total planned cost of 195 million. The preliminary design of this project has now been completed.
(2) Background significance: After the completion of the project, it will be connected with Wei 12 Road to the west to the Dezhou East Station of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, and will effectively connect several main roads of Han Tomb Group Road, Fengyi Road and Provincial Highway S323 and National Highway G104 to the east. The construction of the road can not only drive a new economic belt, but also play a good role in promoting the upcoming Han Tomb Group Tour Scenic Area, and promote the Han and Tang culture and Zhisheng Dongfang Shuo in LingXian County on a larger scale.
2. Depot construction project: urban and rural bus integration project
(1) Main content and progress: According to the overall planning of Lingcheng District and the requirements of urban and rural public transport integration planning, urban and rural public transport integration projects include: Urban and rural bus passenger transportation center, transportation hub and two township public transport stations in Lingcheng District. The total area is about 82719, and the total investment is planned to be 300 million yuan.
1. Lingcheng District Urban and Rural Bus Passenger Transport Center
Lingcheng District Urban and Rural Bus Passenger Transport Center is located in fuxing street south extension road west, north of Dingdong Road, 240 meters long, 151.3 meters wide, covers an area of 36315.5 square meters, the total construction area of 35400m2, of which the first phase of the passenger transportation center construction area of 22615m2, after completion can send 5000 passengers a day. Convenient transportation and very good location. According to the planning of Lingcheng District, the total investment is 180 million yuan.
2. Transportation hub and two township public transport stations
(1) Urban bus hub. Located near Meijiaju Square, north of the Oriental Substation of the Electric Power Bureau, east of Lingbian Road, west of Houwang Village, it is about 252 meters long, about 93 meters wide, and covers an area of 23,986 square meters. Hub construction projects include terminal ground hardening, passenger transfer service waiting facilities, comprehensive dispatch management facilities, intelligent monitoring facilities, vehicle maintenance centers, refueling (gas) stations, vehicle charging facilities, restaurants, driver's lounges, toilets, etc.
(2) Border town bus station. According to the planning requirements of the public transportation construction and development plan in the downtown area of Dezhou, the proposed plot of land for the bus station of Bianlin Town in Lingcheng District is located in the Bianlin Town Station in Lingcheng District, east of Lingbian Road and north of the Majie River Bridge, covering an area of about 20 acres.
(3) Mizhen Bus Station. Located 100 meters north of the town station, adjacent to the west of provincial highway 249, the plot covers an area of about 15 acres, and the current land nature is general arable land, which is in line with the overall planning of the town station.
(2) Background significance: After the completion of the project, it will undertake the operation, parking, charging, transfer and other functions of 43 bus lines operating in our district (5 main urban and rural bus lines, 18 special lines, 3 urban bus lines, 12 township small bus lines, and 5 Deling bus lines), a total of 113 buses. It can effectively alleviate the pressure of traffic passenger transportation in the region, realize the integration of urban and rural passenger transportation, and form a traffic mode with a reasonable division of labor, orderly connection and resource sharing between highway passenger transportation and urban public transportation.
