Wang Jun and his entourage visited the various business departments and small theaters of our museum, inquired in detail about the functional operation, business scope and work development of each department of the cultural center, and affirmed the achievements made by our museum in recent years. He said: As an important position for public cultural services, cultural centers should give full play to the role of cultural venues, and while meeting the multicultural needs of the masses, they should give full play to the role of culture in indoctrination and education, and better meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the masses.
Wang Jun pointed out that tourism is an important position of culture, and culture is the soul of tourism. Under the background of the integration of culture and tourism, the cultural center should take the initiative to explore how to integrate cultural genes into tourism, dig out the core of Zhejiang culture, let tourism become the main front of cultural dissemination, let culture come alive, and strive to undertake the mission and task of comprehensively demonstrating the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
For the digital reform work, Wang Jun stressed that first of all, there must be digital cognition, digital thinking, and digital means, and the foothold will fall on the reform, and it is necessary to study the existing mechanism and system and the current development and the development of the people's needs, and to systematically integrate digital services, gather forces, improve effectiveness, avoid ineffective investment, improve operational efficiency, and further improve the mechanism system, hardware and software.
On the issue of adaptability to the operation of the new mechanism and system, Wang Jun pointed out that the cultural center team and comrades should further unify their thinking, give play to their advantages, pay attention to social effects in artistic creation, and attach importance to the recognition of works by the masses and the acceptance of the market.
