The research team conducted in-depth exchanges with the person in charge of the enterprise, carefully understood the company's heating pipe network facilities, equipment maintenance and maintenance, coal procurement reserves, winter heat supply guarantee, safe production operation, etc., inquired in detail about the current difficulties of the enterprise, and helped the enterprise to study solutions on the spot.
The research group pointed out that enterprises should earnestly assume social responsibility, focus on improving the level and quality of heating services, and actively do a good job in heating security. It is necessary to go all out to do a good job in pipe network maintenance, equipment commissioning, emergency support, safe production and other work, firmly grasp the reserve and supply of coal heat sources, ensure high-quality, safe and sustainable heat supply, and provide a solid guarantee for the masses to warm up through the winter.
The research team stressed that relevant departments should strive to help enterprises broaden coal procurement channels, encourage enterprises to gradually fill the coal gap, and ensure that there is enough coal for heating in winter. It is necessary to maintain close contact with enterprises, actively coordinate to solve practical difficulties, strengthen various enterprise-related service measures, and provide enterprises with more accurate services such as production-demand docking and bank-enterprise docking to help enterprises develop with high quality.
In addition, the research team also visited and investigated other regulated industrial enterprises in the region.
